Application of low-cost unmanned helicopter for flood disaster monitoring system
In this study we present a framework of Low-cost Unmanned Helicopter(UH) based monitoring system development for disaster area. The main focus here is to develop a real-time capable mosaic system, which would provide a faster, logical and accurate means of handling and processing a large amount of data acquired by UH system for monitoring. The proposed architecture presents a useful and much less expensive solution when compared to systems that are being used in existing satellites.
