Analysis of communication parameters FSO channels on reception quality

In this paper transmission over Free-Space Optics (FSO) communication channel will be observed. The analysis will be carried out by using the software package OptiSystem 7.0. Influence of  FSO channel parameters on reception quality will be analyzed. FSO communication will be observed through following parameters: Range Attenuation, Beam Divergence, Loss Transmitter, Receiver Loss, Losses and Additional Propagation Delay. There will also be analyzed and the influence of the wavelength (frequency range) on the reception quality of the FSO system. The reception quality will be analyzed according to the values of BER (Bit Error Ratio) at the reception.
