Explicit finite difference method for solving power flow equation with applications in fiber optic modeling

Numerical method for solving time-dependent and time-independent power flow equation has been developed and tested. Explicit finite difference method was used in order to obtain angular power distribution solving time-independent power flow equation. The same method was used in solving time-dependent power flow equation which has resulted with solution for frequency response and bandwidth of the system.
