TITLE IS GIVEN IN BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS, FONT 12; surnames and initials of authors after one blank line (underline the name of the speaker), font 12, affiliation and electronic address – font 12 italic and text of abstract after one blank line.

The length of abstract including the text, figures, tables and references should not be longer than 4 pages of А4 format, 20 mm margins on all sides. The files with single spaced text should be presented in RTF (WORD) Format, font 12 «Times New Roman». Justify the text across the width and do not hyphenate words. Indent 1 cm to begin any following paragraphs.
Formulae. Use Microsoft Equation for formulae.
Tables. Each table should be embedded as a part of the text (font 12 «Times New Roman»). Every table must have a title, and all columns must have headings.
Figures and graphic material should be submitted in Corel Draw, version 12. The graphics should be vector drawings. The width of lines should be not less than 0.25 mm. Only use Arial font in your illustrations. The scale should be indicated on maps.
All publications cited in the text should be presented in a list of references following the text of the manuscript in the alphabetical order (first - references given in Russian, then in English and other languages). The list of references should indicate the authors’ names with initials, full title of an article or a book, name of the journal, Publishing House, year of publication, volume, number, pages number. In the text the reference should be given in square brackets indicating the author’s name and year of publication [Ivanov, 2007].
Name your file by the surname of the first author (Roman letters): ivanov_txt. If you submit more than 1 abstract the first abstract is named as ivanov1, the second as ivanov2.
Materials of communications are presented in electronic version and as a hard copy.
The Organizing Committee may decline the abstracts with other focus and prepared not in conformity with the rules.
